Introduction

In this research guide, you will find books, scholarly articles, training materials, and websites that discuss diversity and bias within organizations, and in day-to-day life.  Specifically, this guide provides resources for managers; tools for running a successful implicit bias training; books and articles that explain how to have productive conversations about race; the psychological roots of our biases and how we manifest them in our daily lives; and bias and diversity within the legal profession.
