This Libguide collects materials relevant to the 2000 Presidential Election.
Specifically, it includes a timeline of events focusing on the litigation that arose out of the 2000 Florida recount, a selection of secondary sources, selected case documents from litigation arising in the Supreme Court, various federal courts, and state courts in Florida, California, Georgia, Illinois, New Mexico, and Texas.
