This series consists of audio recording of the Herman Phleger Lecture given by the recipient.  The Herman Phleger Lecture is a public lecture given by the Herman Phleger Visiting Professor of Law.  Herman Phleger Visiting Professor of Law was established in 1972 by Herman Phleger and his wife, Mary Elena Phleger to have an expert in international law to teach at Stanford Law School and to deliver a public lecture or lectures. The Herman Phleger Visiting Professorship in Law is awarded annually to individuals of great distinction in the field of law and public, domestic or foreign affairs.  Topic cover with in the lecture ranges.  Arranged by year.
