Per Rule 26 of the Supreme Court rules, t]he joint appendix includes the relevant docket entries; any relevant pleadings, jury instructions, findings, conclusions, or opinions; the judgment, order, or decision under review; and any other parts of the record that the parties wish to bring to the Court's attention."

-Supreme Court Records and Briefs provides nearly 11 million pages of records and briefs from over 150,000 cases brought before the U.S. Supreme Court in the period 1832-1978. Users may search the full text of more than 350,000 documents, including joint appendices.
