Introduction

This guide provides an overview of transactional law research resources and covers finding precedent documents, retrieving SEC filings, locating annual reports to shareholders, and conducting research on companies and their finances. 

Please note that Bloomberg Law, Westlaw, Lexis Advance, and Hotshot require individual user accounts. These accounts are only available to the Stanford Law School community.
