Series Description:

This series consist of the unedited audio recordings of women interviewed for the Women Trailblazer Project.  Topics covered in the interview was the interviewee’s personal family history, education, legal career, and gender discrimination.  Individual women was interview by a volunteer lawyers.  Depending on the individuals, they were sometime interviewed several times over the course of several years.  Subjects cover in the interview included but not limited to:  personal family history, education, career development, and gender discrimination.  These audio recording were recorded on audio cassette and audio mini cassette.  This series is arranged in alphabetic order by last name.  Boxes 1 through 11, are completely open to the public.  Boxes 12 through 13 is restricted in accordance to the individual’s release form.  Please contact the Stanford Law School’s Archivist for more details or requirements on requesting or hearing restricted Oral History Recording.
