LexisNexis offers complimentary print copies of certain LexisNexis materials. To obtain a complimentary print copy of a book, follow these steps:
(1) Navigate to the LexisNexis store, and search or browse for the title you are looking for.
(2) If you find a book that you would like to review for a course, visit the review copy information page, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click "Request a Review Copy," and complete the form. Lexis will follow up with you with additional information via email.
You can access Review copies of Lexis Academic publications (as well as Carolina Academic publications) in digital format through the "LexisNexis Digital Library Professor Review Copies."
To access these digital complimentary copies, follow these steps:
First, log in to LexisNexis Digital Library Professor Review Copies. If you do not already have login credentials (they are not the same as your Lexis Advance credentials), email eBooks@lexisnexis.com to request them, and Lexis will provide you with login credentials within a few business days.
Once you are logged in, you can search or browse for the publication you want to review:
Once you have found the book you are looking for, click "borrow" to gain digital access. Note that you are limited to checking out 50 books at a time, and your books will automatically be returned after 60 days:
Lastly, after you have checked out a book, you can view it or download it by clicking on "Checkouts," which is on the right-hand side of your browser. You can view your book in your browser, or download it in Kindle or EPub Books formats. Once you've finished consulting the book, click "Return Title" to return it:
