Series Description:

This series consist of video recording of the then Stanford Law School Dean, Kathleen Sullivan lecturing about Oral Argument. This was done as part of the Moot Court Class Seminar.  In the lecture Sullivan cover how to prepare/present oral argument, how it is tool to dispel major arguments, as well as way to conversation with the judge.  The series’ materials consists of 1/2 inch videocassette that run ca. 66 minute in standard color.
